- In a large bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder, cocoa and baking soda. Add the spices, sugar and orange zest. Stir well.
- Add the soy milk and oil. Mix well until smooth.
- Heat the oven to 180C.
- Bake for about 25-35 minutes.
- Lightly whip the cooled cream with powdered sugar.
- Using a spatula, place the whipped cream on the cooled cake and decorate with biscuits.
