Christmas Gingerbread

Ingredients needed

  • 200g of flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp cocoa Add to cart
  • ⅓ tsp sugar or erythritol
  • 250 ml soy milk (1 tsp)
  • 70 g of oil (¼ tsp + 1 tbsp) Add to cart
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Add to cart
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg; ginger
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1 can chilled coconut cream Add To Cart
  • ⅓ tsp powdered sugar

    How to Make Christmas Gingerbread Cake:

    Step 1: In a large bowl, sift the flour with the baking powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda. Add the spices, sugar, and orange zest. Mix well.

    Step 2: Add the soy milk and oil. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and even.

    Step 3: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Step 4: Bake for about 25-35 minutes.

    Step 5: Lightly whip the chilled coconut cream with powdered sugar.

    Step 6: Once the cake has cooled, spread the whipped cream on top using a spatula and decorate with cookies.
