Are you a fan of homemade desserts? If the answer is yes, you’re in the right place – the Bettr-food blog. We know that you often look for healthier alternatives to your family’s favorite desserts, which usually contain lots of white sugar and other ingredients that aren’t so good for your body.

Today, we’ve prepared a recipe for vegan homemade Snickers. This dessert will need about 10 minutes in the oven, plus another 10 minutes to prepare the delicious cream and base. We love quick, tasty, and healthy recipes, so let’s not waste any more time. Let’s get started with today’s dessert step by step!

Preparation:

Step 1: Prepare the base: Mix the peanut flour, powdered erythritol, and melted coconut oil in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is smooth and sticky. If it feels too dry, add 1-2 teaspoons of extra coconut oil or water. Press the mixture evenly into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Step 2: Make the filling: Mix the peanut butter, coconut cream, and powdered erythritol in another bowl until smooth. Spread the filling over the cooled base and sprinkle with roasted peanuts for a crunchy texture.

Step 3: Add the topping: Melt the Bett’r cashew and hazelnut spread using a double boiler or microwave on low heat. Pour the melted spread evenly over the filling. Chill the dessert in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Step 4: Slice and serve: Once the dessert is firm, cut it into bars or squares.

Tips:

If you prefer a sweeter taste, add a little more powdered erythritol to the base or filling.

Store the Snickers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.

These homemade vegan Snickers are the perfect combination of flavor and health. Enjoy every bite! 🥜🍫
