What you’ll need:
120 ml oil or melted butter
200 ml milk or plant-based drink

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a medium-sized baking pan (20x24 cm or up to 22x26 cm) by lightly greasing it.
2. Place the oil, milk, and brownie mix in a bowl and stir until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
3. Bake at 190-200°C for 5 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160-170°C and bake for 30-40 minutes until done. Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
