Great variety, tastes good, a little dry

We tried out the Cookie Mixed Box for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the variety in flavours.

There were two things we noticed, the first being that the cookies are a little on the dry side, particularly the chia and lemon, so some improvements could be made here. Not crumbly or crunchy, which was nice for us.
Second point was our (personal!) preference - we prefer bigger cookies, some of these were fairly small (Such as the dark walnut chocolate cookie). We would likely buy more if they were the same size as a bakery/store cookie, but healthier. Would still recommend to others that don't mind this.
