How to Make Banana Bread with Bett’r Mix:
You’ll need:

210 g mashed ripe bananas (approx. 2 medium bananas)

15 ml plant-based milk or water

30 ml oil or melted butter

Optional: 1 egg (for extra fluffiness)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 165°C (fan) or 180–185°C (no fan).

Prepare a loaf pan (10×20 cm or max. 12×24 cm) by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mash bananas well. Add milk, oil, and optional egg. Mix until smooth.

Add the full pack of Bett’r Banana Bread Mix to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.

Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool completely before slicing.
