A perfect quick cupcake with Christmas spirit! It will impress all your guests, and it won't take long.

Christmas Gingerbread

Ingredients needed

  • 200g of flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp cocoa Add to cart
  • ⅓ tsp sugar or erythritol Add to cart
  • 250 ml soy milk (1 tsp) Add to cart
  • 70 g of oil (¼ tsp + 1 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon Add to cart
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg; ginger
  • ¼ tsp. ground cloves
  • Peel of 1 orange
  • 1 can chilled coconut cream Add To Cart
  • ⅓ tsp powdered sugar

  1. In a large bowl, sift the flour together with the baking powder, cocoa and baking soda. Add the spices, sugar and orange zest. Stir well.
  2. Add the soy milk and oil. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Heat the oven to 180C.
  4. Bake for about 25-35 minutes.
  5. Lightly whip the cooled cream with powdered sugar.
  6. Using a spatula, place the whipped cream on the cooled cake and decorate with biscuits.
