Instructions for Mini Tart with Chocolate Pudding and Orange Zest:
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Pudding
- In a bowl, mix 20 ml of water or plant-based milk with part of the pudding mix. Stir well until fully dissolved.
- In a saucepan, add 130 ml of water and your chosen sweetener. Heat until boiling and the sweetener is completely dissolved.
- Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in the dissolved pudding mix while stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let the pudding cool.
Step 2: Prepare the Tart Crust
- Finely crush the cashews and walnuts using a blender for a smoother texture.
- Add cocoa powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor.
- Chop the dates into small pieces or mash them well. Add them to the mixture along with the orange juice and maple syrup.
- Mix everything until a dough forms. Shape small tart shells and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C until the crust is firm and slightly golden.
- Allow the tart shells to cool before filling.
Step 3: Assemble the Tart
- Once the crusts have cooled, fill them with the prepared chocolate pudding.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder and add some grated orange zest for extra freshness.
- Optionally, decorate with a contrasting cream or fruit for a more vibrant look.
And that's it! Your delicious mini tart with chocolate pudding and orange zest is ready to enjoy.
